The Road to Growth Programme is one of Cherie Blair Foundation for Women’s (CBFW) flagship programme that supports women entrepreneurs with knowledge on financial literacy and investment readiness through a 9-week blended training delivered via the CBFW’s learning management system (LMS). FATE Foundation has implemented the program in 2 different states – Ogun and Oyo State reaching over 150 women entrepreneurs.

Cherie Blair Foundation for Women is a Foundation that empowers women all over the world to start, sustain and grow successful businesses to enable them to live their full potential. The Foundation offers its flagship programme across the following region- Africa; Asia and the Pacific; Europe and Central Asia; Middle East and The America. In Nigeria, Cherie Blair Foundation runs 4 major flagship programme: HerVenture; Road to Growth; Leadership and Influencing and Access to Finance.

Target Audience

Women Entrepreneurs who
  • Own at least 50% of the business in Nigeria.
  • Have a business that has generated profit for at least 2 years.
  • Have 3-49 employees.
  • Have Basic computer literacy.
  • Are able to read and write English.
  • Are running registered businesses located in Ogun state.
