Ehile Adetola Aibangbee is a seasoned expert in Finance, Strategy, and Public &
Fiscal Policy, with over 23 years of extensive experience in commercial, financial, tax, and regulatory advisory. She has led high-performing teams across global organizations and began her career at KPMG Professional Services. Her professional journey spans serving a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from
Nigerian corporates to multinationals—across sectors such as Fast-Moving
Consumer Goods (FMCG), Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare, Oil & Gas,
Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Media.
Ehile currently serves as Chief Tax Officer at Africa’s largest National Oil Company,
where she is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing tax
function structures across the Group. Her role focuses on tax compliance,
optimization, strategic investment planning, and policy advocacy, while also
safeguarding the Group’s interests in engagements with authorities. In her
leadership capacity, she mentors emerging leaders in alignment with the Group’s
values, inspiring excellence both professionally and personally.
A proven Board Director, Ehile brings a wealth of executive leadership experience
and governance insight. She possesses strong diplomatic acumen and a natural
ability to build consensus, foster relationships, and navigate complex board
dynamics. Her approach is rooted in integrity, credibility, and a results-oriented
mindset, with a deep commitment to strategic governance.
Ehile is also a respected policy advocate. She was a member of Nigeria’s Fiscal
Reform Committee appointed by the Honourable Minister of Finance and served
on the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment’s committee reviewing
the Pioneer Status Incentive Scheme. She played key roles in the development
and review of landmark legislation, including the Finance Acts (2019–2023), the
National Tax Policy, Pension Reform Act, and the Personal Income Tax
Amendment Act, among others.
A highly sought-after thought leader and facilitator, Ehile has served as a faculty
member, keynote speaker, panelist, and moderator at numerous conferences and
seminars. She is a guest lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) Tax Business School, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and Lagos Business School, and a mentor at FATE Foundation. Her
engagements enable her to offer nuanced insights on stakeholder imperatives and policy advocacy in the tax and business ecosystem.

Dr. Adedoyin Doyin Rasaq Salami, PhD is a distinguished Nigerian economist,
academic, and policy advisor. He earned his BSc, MSc, and PhD in Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London (1984, 1985, and 1989).
He is currently an Associate Professor and senior faculty member at Lagos Business School, Pan‑Atlantic University, where he leads courses such as the Economic
Environment of Business and has served as Academic Director of the Global CEO
Programme.
Dr. Salami is the Founder and CEO of Kainos Edge Consulting Ltd (formerly Edward Kingston Associates), a respected market research and advisory firm. His consultancy work spans major multilateral organisations, including DFID, the World Bank, UNIDO, and USAID, as well as corporate entities such as Coca‑Cola Nigeria and British
American Tobacco. From 2010 to 2017, he served two terms on the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria and was part of President Yar’Adua’s Economic Management Team. In September 2019, he was appointed Chairman of the Presidential Economic Advisory Council by President Buhari and later became the Chief Economic Adviser to the President, a role he held until 2023.
Dr. Salami also holds prominent board roles, including non‑executive directorships at Prestige Assurance Plc, ARM Investment Managers, Access Pension Fund Custodian, First World Communities, and Investment Securities, and is Executive Director of
UK‑based African Business Research Ltd.
His research expertise covers macroeconomic policy, corporate financial management, competitiveness, SME dynamics, and market forecasting. He’s a prolific speaker and contributor to national economic discourse — most recently offering strategic perspectives on Nigeria’s consumer income dynamics in 2025.
Olusola Adeola is an educator and strategic adviser to entrepreneurs and small business leaders. She started off her career in management consulting with Accenture Lagos and soon transitioned to non profit leadership working in sectors from child and women’s trafficking, drug rehabilitation and education development with a focus on teacher training.
Over her 15+ years work experience she has served across private sector, public sector and development sector.
Olusola’s career has focused on pioneering transformational initiatives in the social enterprise sector, from coordinating a partnership between FATE Foundation and Stanford University focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, to piloting teacher mentoring programs with Lagos State. Olusola has co-authored Civics textbooks for primary 1 to JSS3.
Olusola serves as a Director of FATE Foundation, Kachifo Limited, and Eurapharma Care Services Nigeria Limited (EuraCare). She chairs the Governance, Audit, and Risk management committee on
the board of Black Pelican (Il Bagno) and serves as a member of the Miller Center Fund Credit Committee. In the past she has also served on the board of Freedom Foundation and WAVE
Academies.
Olusola holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MPA (Social Policy) from Columbia University’s SIPA. She is also a Kauffman Fellow and is currently pursuing an MA in Biblical and
Theological Studies.
